Store Policies

Refund and Exchange Policy:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.  If shipping was paid for by Lindenhaus Imports, this shipping amount plus (based on case by case basis) a small restocking fee may be charged toward your refund.  Items must include original boxes or packaging in same condition as when purchased with all parts intact.  If item was damaged during shipping, obviously we didn't intend that so contact us right away so we can get you a replacement item and make a claim with our shipper.  If item was purchased in store and no shipping was involved then you will receive a full refund unless item is damaged or was used by the guest.  
We want you to be happy and hate to even have a policy but it protects us both.  Thank you for your business!
